With all the wonderful things that Disney World has to offer, many people forget all of the amazing food and Disney park snacks. Disney World has everything from snack carts, cafeterias, cafes, to five star restaurants where you will feel right at home. The parks represent food across all cultures, price points, and sizes. Turkey Leg

This is a Disney park snack classic! You can find turkey legs at carts in Frontierland, Magic Kingdom. While its a bit big to be classified as a snack because it will fill you up quickly, turkey legs are great to munch on between meals in the parks. The novelty of the turkey legs will have you waiting in line to buy, but the smell and taste will have you wishing for a second helping.

Dole Whip

There are lots of decadent treats at Disney, but there are few as refreshing and light as the Dole Whip. You can find this snack at Aloha Isle in Adventureland, Magic Kingdom; Pineapple Lanai, The Polynesian Resort, and Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Animal Kingdom. It’s a creamy pineapple soft serve ice cream that will help you beat the Orlando heat.

Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich

Are you one of the millions of people currently obsessed with macarons? You will flip over this Disney park snack at the L’Artisan des Glaces in France at Epcot. It includes a scoop of ice cream between two light and delicious macarons. They have specialty flavors for each season such as pumpkin, peppermint, and more.

Corn Dog Nuggets

These mini corn dog nuggets are a tasty treat that is great for sharing. They are fried in cornmeal batter, paired with french fries, and are the cheapest item on the menu when you visit Casey’s Corner on Main Street at Magic Kingdom. So if you are looking for an inexpensive snack while waiting for the evening fireworks and parade, look no further than corn dog nuggets.

Goofy Glacier

If you find yourself wanting a Disney park snack that won’t fill you up, try one of the many thirst quenching beverages that the parks have to offer. The Goofy Glacier is great for hot days waiting in line, and comes in various flavors such as lemonade, cherry, blue raspberry, and more.

These “sandwiches” are made by folding a waffle in half and stuffing it with one of three mouth watering combinations: Nutella and fruit; sweet and spicy chicken; and ham, prosciutto and Swiss cheese.
3. Kitchen sink at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, Disney’s Beach Club Resort. This is the dessert of your dreams! It includes EIGHT scoops of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, and coffee ice cream. Not only that, but it has basically every single sundae topping imaginable. Grab a group of friends and dig in!
4. The grey stuff at the Be Our Guest Restaurant, New Fantasyland (Magic Kingdom). You remember Lumiere’s line from the song “Be Our Guest”, Beauty and the Beast: “try the grey stuff, it’s delicious!” If you can land a reservation for this popular restaurant, you have to try this Disney snack. It is a whipped dessert with hints of cookies and cream and crisp rice.
5. Peanut butter and banana candied bacon pie from the Boardwalk Bakery. It sounds a little peculiar, but when in Disney, peculiar may be just right! This complex and tasty pie is one of the most unique treats in Walt Disney World. It’s the perfect snack to have between meals, as it will keep you full for a few hours.

Next time you and a crew find yourselves in Disney, remember to try as many Disney snacks as possible. However, what you will find online is only a small fraction of what is available in stores, and the prices are typically the same.

The Orlando airport has two Disney gift shops. If you forgot about a gift for someone back home while at Disney parks stores, fear not! You can get a last-minute gift as you wait for your flight home at The Magic of Disney or Disney’s EarPort. You will find many of the most popular gifts such as mugs, pins, apparel, and magnets at these retailers.

Use Disney gift cards. If you want to avoid fumbling with your wallet, or keep yourself on a strict budget for souvenirs, try using a Disney gift card in stores.
